Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders above ₹499 across India. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
Delivery Timeframe
Once your order is confirmed, here's what to expect:
- Order Processing: 1–2 business days
- Standard Delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 6–9 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option across most pin codes in India. If COD is unavailable in your area, you'll be notified at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at auvettaqueries@gmail.com.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to high-volume sale periods, courier partner issues, or incorrect/incomplete addresses. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
