📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Mon–Sat).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.


🚚 Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary based on your location:

Metro Cities 3–5 business days
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities 4–7 business days
Remote / Rural Areas 6–10 business days

Please note: During festivals, sales, or periods of high demand, delivery may take slightly longer.


🌍 International Shipping

Auvetta currently ships to selected international regions.

  • Delivery timelines: 7–14 business days (varies by country)
  • Customs duties or import charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking link to monitor your order in real-time

If your tracking link isn’t active immediately, don’t worry — it may take a few hours to update.


❗ Delayed or Missing Orders

If you believe your order is delayed or missing:

  • Email us at auvettaqueries@gmail.com
  • Include your Order ID and registered contact details

We will coordinate with our courier partners and resolve it at the earliest.


🧳 Incorrect or Damaged Items

Received something damaged, incorrect, or incomplete?

Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Attach a clear image/video of the issue
  • Mention your Order ID

We will process your replacement swiftly.


📍 Delivery Address Issues

If you entered the wrong delivery address:

  • Contact us within 2 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is shipped, address changes are not possible

⏳ Delivery Attempts

If the courier partner is unable to deliver due to:

  • Unreachable contact number
  • Wrong address
  • No one available to receive the order

They may make 3 delivery attempts before returning the parcel to us.

If your order is returned due to such reasons, reshipment charges may apply.
