📦 Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Mon–Sat).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
🚚 Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary based on your location:

Auvetta currently ships to selected international regions.
- Delivery timelines: 7–14 business days (varies by country)
- Customs duties or import charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
📬 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking link to monitor your order in real-time
If your tracking link isn’t active immediately, don’t worry — it may take a few hours to update.
❗ Delayed or Missing Orders
If you believe your order is delayed or missing:
- Email us at auvettaqueries@gmail.com
- Include your Order ID and registered contact details
We will coordinate with our courier partners and resolve it at the earliest.
🧳 Incorrect or Damaged Items
Received something damaged, incorrect, or incomplete?
Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Attach a clear image/video of the issue
- Mention your Order ID
We will process your replacement swiftly.
📍 Delivery Address Issues
If you entered the wrong delivery address:
- Contact us within 2 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is shipped, address changes are not possible
⏳ Delivery Attempts
If the courier partner is unable to deliver due to:
- Unreachable contact number
- Wrong address
- No one available to receive the order
They may make 3 delivery attempts before returning the parcel to us.
If your order is returned due to such reasons, reshipment charges may apply.
