Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes — but only within 2 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, the order cannot be changed. Email us immediately at auvettaqueries@gmail.com with your Order ID.
I didn't receive my order confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still missing, email us at auvettaqueries@gmail.com.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 1 & 2 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 6–10 business days
Delays may occur during sale events and festive seasons.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. Allow a few hours for the link to activate after dispatch.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available across most pincodes in India.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — free delivery on all orders above ₹999.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Email us at auvettaqueries@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and a clear photo or video of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes our quality check.

Silicone Dish Mat — Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes, our food-grade silicone dish mat is easy to clean — simply rinse under running water or place it in the dishwasher.

The mat measures 15.8" × 13" (approx. 40cm × 33cm), which comfortably fits a standard kitchen countertop beside the sink.
